No bells and whistles but perfect for me.

I usually walk about 1 and half miles per hour. Keeps my brain moving too.

Not sure I've lost weight as a direct result of this but at least I'm not sitting all the time!Joyce Moyer Hostetterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05153114928220349251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7393935615165680996.post-28519288715746805882013-12-30T15:59:19.210-08:002013-12-30T15:59:19.210-08:00Great advice, Angela - too much enthusiasm. :) But...Great advice, Angela - too much enthusiasm. :) But day 3 of use and I am loving it!!Janet Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12752283432227153795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7393935615165680996.post-45670730207217383582013-12-30T15:42:28.614-08:002013-12-30T15:42:28.614-08:00I did it the free way using my dining room table l...I did it the free way using my dining room table leaf. But yours is much safer, I'm sure. I also made the same mistake last year. I walked too long without thinking about it. The same applies to using a ball for a desk chair. Start at 30 min max and work your way up or you will be tired and sore.

This year, I bought an elliptical. I'm so very excited for it's delivery this week!! It's my true favorite work out toy/tool!

Happy walking/working! It's a great way to write.
AngieAngBreidenbachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17193337694193623903noreply@blogger.com
